But here's the good news: Support can significantly lessen the risk of developing difficulties and help you enjoy motherhood more. That's where MumMe Beginnings comes in as 1. Your support through this crazy early motherhood ride called matrescence 2. By nurturing your mental health 3. guiding you out of survival mode 4. empowering you along the way. You're not alone in this— I understand how overwhelming the early postpartum period can be. But fear not, because MumMe Beginnings is all about YOU and your experience as a mother. Cancellation Policy

Beyond MumMe Coaching Policy: Thank you for choosing Beyond MumMe to support you on your journey through motherhood. Please review our policy details to ensure a smooth and fulfilling coaching experience. Booking and Refund Policy: (a) Bookings are non-refundable but can be rebooked up to 3 times per session until 3 hours before the scheduled session. (b) Coaching plans are valid for 9 months from the first session. 2. Fees: (a) The Coachee will not be required to purchase or make payment for any services or products other than what's been stated in the Coaching Agreement. Additional coaching contracted within the engagement period will be honored at a rate to be determined based on the scope and nature of the coaching required. Rates for additional sessions will be discussed and agreed upon between the Coach and the Coachee. 3. Creating a Successful Outcome: (a) The services to be provided are face-to-face sessions (in-person or over video conference). (b) The coaching will focus on key objectives identified, committed to, and frequently revisited throughout the coaching process. (c) The success of the coaching is highly dependent on the Coachee taking the lead in objectives, desired outcomes, changes, actions, and follow-through of projects/results. (d) Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage with the Coachee in direct and personal conversations, maintaining a co-active, collaborative relationship. The Coachee will proactively give feedback on session effectiveness. 4. Lateness or 'No Show': (a) Under circumstances where the Coachee is late or unable to show up for the session, they will notify the coach immediately via phone call or WhatsApp. (b) The Coach is not obliged to "make up" for lost time or extend the coaching session if the Coachee is late. (c) A 'No Show' will count as a consumed coaching session. (d) If the Coach is late for the session, she shall commit to delivering the agreed session time. 5. Privacy: (a) The Coachee may opt-out of discussing any uncomfortable topics during coaching sessions, and the Coach will respect their boundaries. 6. Confidentiality: (a) The Coach will practice professional ethics and code of conduct as depicted by the International Coach Federation (www.coachfederation.org). (b) All information obtained from coaching will remain strictly confidential, except in rare circumstances decreed by law. The Coach will seek permission before using any information provided by
